Here is some inspiration to help you scrapbook all those Christmas celebration photos before next Christmas comes around!! The above layout was not all paper pieced together. I used paper with a patchwork pattern on it to save all that work. A border & corner punch was used to make the lacey border. By mitering the corners of the strips rather than leaving them straight creates a framed effect.
It took a lot of fussy cutting for these flowers & leaves. The acrylic flowers from "Kutalicious" were coloured using alcohol inks.
Christmas photos of trimming the tree with non traditional colours & patterns. The star on the top of the tree theme was brought in with the star paper & embellishments. It was good for the photos of my son & grandson and not too girly looking!
Just a bit of card inspiration... make the card into a big tag by cutting off the top corners & punching a hole in the front cover then thread ribbon/twine etc through. Decorate as desired. I used lots of ink and stamping on these cards. Match your embellishments with the theme of the cards.
Here is a good site to go to to see how to make smaller flowers into a big one. There are other inspiring ideas as well
